1. Data Controller

   The end-client companies that use the application under license act as the Data Controllers of their sales representatives’ personal data.

   3ds functions as the Data Processor, providing the infrastructure, hosting, and technical support for the application and its management platform (WordPress/WooCommerce).

2. Categories of Data Collected

   The application may collect and store the following categories of personal data:

   • Sales representative’s full name
   • Email address
   • GPS coordinates when placing orders and conducting visits
   • Device identifier (Device ID)
   • Order data and sales statistics
   • Customer and visit history

3. Purposes of Processing

   The data are used for:

   • Recording and submitting orders
   • Sales and statistical analysis
   • Customer visit history
   • Application customization for each client
   • Offline functionality and synchronization

4. Storage and Hosting

   Data are stored on a WordPress/WooCommerce management platform hosted on a European server or a server compliant with GDPR requirements.

5. Retention Period

   Personal data are retained for as long as necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and/or in accordance with agreements between the client companies and 3ds. Sales representatives should contact their employer for further details.

6. Transfer to Third Parties

   Data will not be transferred to third parties unless:

   • Required by law,
   • Explicit consent has been provided,
   • Necessary for the technical operation of the service (e.g., hosting, backup).

7. Data Subject Rights (Sales Representatives)

   Users of the application (sales representatives) have the following rights under Articles 12–23 of the GDPR:

   • Right of access
   • Right to rectification
   • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
   • Right to restriction of processing
   • Right to object
   • Right to data portability
   Note: Exercise of the above rights must be conducted through the client company that holds the application license.

8. Data Security

   The application implements technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data, including encryption during data synchronization.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

   We may revise this policy. Any changes will be published within the application and/or on the Play Store platform.
